WIP Sunday

I am having a wonderful day today. Husband has gone off to football. Morse on the TV. Florence Hope in Country Living magazine………….
FLORENCE HOPE IN COUNTRY LIVING MAGAZINE!!
It certainly seems like we are having our fifteen minutes and of course I am over the moon but to be honest it’s like an out of body experience for me.

Stella and I have quite an organized ship (thanks to Stella) – stamps, jiffy bags, a shoe box full of lovely corsages carded and catalogued ready to be sent off at a moments notice.

I have spent my day making more corsages and sewing card my new favourite activity.
Of course I should be writing Christmas cards and wrapping presents but I ain’t.

  1. Well done, you deserve it! Sitting in front of the stove on a Sunday afternoon sewing isn't such a bad thing is it?
I'm off to decorate the tree.

  18. Not sure why it has taken me this long to find your blog but now I have, I am v much enjoying it! I'm wondering about Gigibird as my niece (now 20) still has her baby blanket which she has always called "Gigi" (as in Ghee Ghee), not sure why but the name makes me chuckle!
