I am here but alas I is very poorly with my arthritis so subsequently am feeling very sorry for myself and have no pretty photos you amuse you with .
Plus there has been a death in the family and although not close interacting with family(husbands) is very draining for a misanthrope like myself.
However it hasn’t been all doom and gloom, Stella and I have had some sewing machine interaction and very pretty things have been made.
And then there’s my new affliction – scrapbook paper….in the right hands of Florence Hope I hope there will be some gorgeousness created to make you drool.
The guillotine is coming round on Tuesday….
With Stella attached to it:)
January can be miserable..but with Arthritis and bereavement you are understandably glum.
ReplyDeleteHope you are soon full of hope.(Florence)
Oh you poor thing, this time of year can be so miserable for arthritis, I hope you will be feeling your old self again very soon.

Do you know, I don't know a single person who has been enjoying this January - it's been a bit crubbish all round.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear your arthur-itis is bad, that must be awful. Fingers crossed that you feel better soon - in all respects.

Nice to hear from you again, I've missed your nice posts, but if you're feeling sorry for yourself the last thing you want to do is amuse the rest of us :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon, our bodies do let us down sometimes don't they? But the days are getting longer, soon spring will be here and hopefully you'll feel a litlle brighter. I LOVE scrapbook paper...not sure it's a hobby I could get into but aren't there some wonderful goodies to buy!
Shame. You've got an extra dolop of gloom more than the rest of us. Love to both and all.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your pains and bereavement. January is such a miserable time and these damp days do you no favours with arthritis. I'm having a rubbish time with my joints too so I completely sympathise.
ReplyDeleteI had prolotherapy injections in my back last year but I think I need a top up as it's all flared up again :(
Chin up, will soon be Spring x
January is such a horrible, damp, dreich month, hope you're feeling better soon. Only another 11 days of January to go, not that I'm counting!
