Results

Here is the cake I baked on Thursday.

It’s not too heavy or sweet so perfect for elevenes or afternoon tea.

  6. Looks deelish. I've not made a fruit cake in years - might have to try this one. My Mum always used to make one, she just called it 'farmhouse' cake and it was always in the house. And you are right, theres not the pull to keep going back for more with fruit cake !

  9. Now this is just the most perfect post for today, it is far too cold to venture outside, so I am going to do some bakeing, with your scrummy recipe. BIG thankyou Lynn.
    In answer to your question, I get 2 hours a day travelling on the train....guess what I do to pass the time!!
